+ Be aware that I do not comment often. If your self-esteem thrives on this, do not expect much from me. This is not to say that I do not care for whatever you have to say. Quite the contrary! I read every single journal on my friends list (or I try to, 90% of the time) and always enjoy reading others' journals. It's not that I don't care, because I do.

+ I love interesting people. I don't care if you have nothing in common with me. You can listen to Verdi, worship Plato and dream of the Hudson River School and it would make no difference to me. Really. I'm a sociophile. The only way I can expand out of my tres sheltered world is to meet the intriguing. And livejournal's the place to do it.
